Autobiographical-comics artists often struggle with the line separating private life and public art. Listen as Erika Moen, Jeffrey Brown, Emi Lenox, Natalie Nourigat, and Katie Shanahan share their own experiences drawing this line.

Seasoned pros of the self-employed art and comic worlds, Dylan Meconis, Erika Moen, and Steve Lieber are here to personally sherpa you through the jagged mountains of freelancing. With years of experience under their belts these artists will tackle such questions as, ‘Do I need a higher education to be a professional artist?’, ‘How do I self-publish?’, and the ever-terrifying ‘How do taxes work when you’re doing this solo?’
